I'm the Founder of Intentional Progression Counseling Services and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for helping individuals heal from trauma — whether rooted in interpersonal relationships, systemic challenges, or historical violence. I believe that every person deserves a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported — and that is exactly what I strive to create here.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, family conflict, domestic violence, and existential crises. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a personalized touch, drawing from CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Psychoanalytic Theory — gently helping you understand how early experiences have shaped your present, and guiding you toward the healing you deserve.
This work is personal to me. I've walked my own healing journey, and I know firsthand the courage it takes to face pain and the patience it takes to grow through it. I also know how much it means to have someone in your corner — someone who truly gets it.
