I am the Founder of Intentional Progression Counseling Services and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for helping individuals heal from trauma—whether it stems from interpersonal relationships, structural challenges, or historical violence. My work is dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can begin the journey of self-discovery and emotional restoration.
I specialize in working with adults navigating the lasting effects of childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, family conflict, domestic violence, and existential crises. My approach is both intuitive and creative, blending evidence-based techniques with a personalized touch. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy (CBFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy, while also incorporating Psychoanalytic Theory to explore how early life experiences and the unconscious mind shape current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This allows me to guide clients in breaking generational patterns and moving toward deeper healing.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. As someone who has walked my own path of healing, I understand the courage it takes to confront pain and the patience required to nurture self-care. My own experiences with trauma and growth have shaped the way I connect with clients—offering not only professional expertise, but also genuine empathy and understanding.
